We live busy lifestyles and barely get time to sit and actually process our thoughts, which is likely a reason why mental health issues , suicidal ideation, depression or underlying problems go unassessed.
In life everybody falls, but it takes several minutes to get shattered like a glass and just a second to bounce back like a ball .As far as life is concerned you have a choice either to be a glass or to be a ball.
Being a glass – you have no choice but to get shattered. Being a ball – you have a choice but to bounce back and find yourself.

Everyone knows that we are in a Turbulent era, a period of frustrations, depressions, confusions, terror, stress and the likes. Everyone’s trying to meet up their target in life . All these increase the risk of high BP which also consequently leads to heart failure or attack. Of course, we expect sudden death, which is now rampant. Please move away from being provoked easily by your kids, friends, colleagues, superiors, subordinates, partners, husbands and wives. Avoid reacting to things aggressively. Isolate yourself from disturbances, isolate yourself from toxic people. Avoid too much thinking when no salary or food at home, imagine it’s on the way coming. Avoid exchange of words with people at home, markets, offices, chambers etc. Always check your BP, take drugs, follow instructions, and exercises. Avoid cholesterol foods. Go to see your doctor immediately if you feel changes in your body, especially chest. Stay in peace and never fight anyone, pray always.Your health is far better than any worldly thing. Beware of transfer of aggression. STAY ALIVE and have a fruitful time always.

He said in every 40 seconds someone takes their own life according to the World Health Organization (WHO). That’s about 800,000 people worldwide every year , although some estimates put that number closer to 1 million. Suicide is the leading cause of death for people aged 15 to 29 and for every suicide that results in death, there are as many as 40 attempted suicides. What we know for sure is that there’s a lot to live for.


Suicidal thoughts, much like mental health conditions, can affect anyone regardless of age, gender or background. In fact, suicide is often the result of an untreated mental health condition. Suicidal thoughts, although common, should not be considered normal and often indicate more serious issues.


September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month , a time to raise awareness on this stigmatized, and often taboo, topic. In addition to shifting public perception, we use this month to spread hope and vital information to people affected by suicide. Our goal is ensuring that individuals, friends and families have access to the resources they need to discuss suicide prevention and to seek help.


Throughout the month of September, SAC ” Stay Alive Civility will highlight “ Suicide prevention & awareness among adolescents and youth , Together for Mental Health,” which encourages people to bring their voices together to advocate for better mental health care, including a crisis response system. SAC ” Stay Alive Civility wants any person experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviors to have a number to call, a system to turn to, that would connect them to the treatment and support they need.



HOW TO OBSERVE STAY ALIVE LIFESTYLE


CONNECT: Reach out to someone who may need help. It’s widely known that certain behaviors indicate the possibility of suicide. We can all learn the warning signs of suicidal ideation. If we spot them early enough, we can take action. The use of media as a tool for promoting awareness.



DISCUSS: Talking about this issue is an important first step in ridding society of the idea that mental health issues should remain hidden. On Stay Alive Global Summit, host or simply attend a panel discussion on how mental health problems intensify thoughts of suicide.

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. All month, mental health advocates, prevention organizations, survivors, allies, and community members unite to promote suicide prevention awareness.


National Suicide Prevention Week is the Monday through Sunday surrounding World Suicide Prevention Day. It’s a time to share resources and stories, as well as promote suicide prevention awareness.


World Suicide Prevention Day is September 10. It’s a time to remember those affected by suicide, to raise awareness, and to focus efforts on directing treatment to those who need it most.

The August visitor was Aunty Bola my mum’s elder sister’s daughter. It was her norms to visit us whenever her school gave them long vacation, she would come to assist my mother with family chores.


Aunty Bola’s visit was a rare one , She was in her third year in the university then as she came in to
our house with her bag I saw fire in her eyes, yes fire,quite strange isn’t it?

The normal Aunty Bola I knew appeared to be transfigured with an higher or extra power (dunamis).

I began to weep profusely as soon as she came in,I didn’t understand why I was crying myself but I knew something was unusual about her.

“Welcome Bola, how was your journey and how is studies?” my mum said with a bored smile.

“I am fine aunty, how is your health now?” she responded.

“Better, thanks for coming around you don’t know how much this means to me”.my mum replied with a weak face.

“My Kayode” She opened up her arms to embrace me

“grin! grin!! I felt a shock across my spine I felt so lighter I guess that was the first step to my deliverance”.

Aunty Bola had encountered Jesus in her second semester 200l since then she didn’t come to our house but this her coming was like the coming of a lion.

Every day and night I noticed aunty Bola muttering words like prayers for my mum and I. I stared with smile as tantrums flow all over my cloth, she showed me love, she sang for me , carried me, unlike my father, neighbours I felt love from someone else aside my mother.
I always thought God hated me for permitting me to. look like this or I was accursed. Aunty Bola made me realise I was loved irrespective of how I look like.
So many times she would bring out papers and give me pencils to write anything, writing became difficult cos I was never schooled I began to draw effortlessly to express my intention.
I could draw virtually every diagram you can think of but I was still throwing tantrums . ..

One beautiful night Aunty Bola slept off

“Dear Lord,visit my aunty on her sick bed open her eyes to her inheritance,quicken her and open her eyes to know that in her identity lies the victory of Kayode” Aunty Bola always mutter that line of prayer for my mum.

She had a dream,

“Bola, Look at this” The angel of God told Bola

She saw her aunty(my mother) tied to a pillar with chains and shackles amidst tears and sweat her aunty was so bent on releasing herself but why my aunty was tied yet the agony if her child filled her heart. She needed to be free so as to set Kayode free.
.
The angel pointed forward to where Kayode was lying aimlessly his case in the spiritual realm was more critical than in the physical. I was about running to release Kayode, I heard a powerful voice from behind.

“Don’t loose him” The angel said.

“But why my angel” Bola responded.

“The devil will keep tormenting him the only destined saviour that can deliver Kayode his is mother” The angel responded.

“Why his mother, the bible says he that the son sets or make free is free indeed why” Bola answered restlessly.

” She is the real target the devil intends to frustrate. Thereby tormenting her with the boy she is the only one that can stand up with holy anger to save this child. Kayode can receive divine intervention but he needs (his mother) to fight the battle”The angel responded.

“Angel why then did you send me here to spend this vacation with them if my quota isn’t needed”

“You are needed the mother’s health restoration is tied to your destiny, she will be healed and saved from your birthing in the place of prayer.”

“Hmmmn, I will keep interceding till the victory be visible” Bola answered.

The dream ended Aunty Bola stood up from her bed she paced around the room and after so much pacing she began to pray again. Indeed she was a war woman.

My mother’s health was restored she had met the saviour during her stay bedridden period.
She came back stronger and more tougher.

Few weeks later,

She saddled me behind the back of her car, she packed some food stuffs and drove out of the compound.

We travelled for over three hours and forty minutes the car came to a static position.

My mother alighted from the car to pick me up from the back seat of the car, she also packed the foodstuffs. She mounted the mountain with pains and sweat with me and the food.

“Lord, I had seen you and your mightiness in my dream last night come and prove it here and now” my mum wept as she called on God to intervene in my case.

The whole atmosphere changed, the clouds became heavy with darkness as if it was going to rain heavily.My mum closed her eyes as she pleaded I was the only one witnessing the whole drama.

I saw a strange hand on me I vibrated for about ten minutes unconsciously later on I opened my eyes everywhere was crystal clear again, my mother was still talking with God.

I was about distracting my mother by calling her “Baaa Baaa” the way I had always called her since birth but to my amazement.

“Mummy” I called out.

She opened one eyes to be sure it was not me that just called upon her.

“Kayode, Did you call me now” My mother ran towards me
I nodded like an agama lizard, it must have been a mistake.

“Say that again Kayodemi” she pleaded.

“Mummy” This time I exclaimed I was too excited that I had called mummy that I began to jump up from one end of the mountain to another.

“Kayode did you just stand by yourself and jump”
My mother was amidst tears indeed this God is true.

God of awesome wonders that’s his name…….
The duo thanked God for the miracles.

Kayode was enrolled into school his academic performance wowed his mother. God is at work

Years later,
Kayode had a foundation for the physically challenged(children with special need) a home of comfort. God grace was on him he became a healing evangelist. Kayode’s father showed up to claim his son and live with him

FINAL SAGA

“I really don’t know much I feel you should visit your spiritual head/parent they would understand better” Esther her personal assistant advised.

“I don’t have a pastor or spiritual head I submit to, I ran away from the supposed people that had the capacity to head me due to fame” Bernice responded.

“That’s not so good ma we all need a spiritual head especially people that carry the measure of God’s gift and grace over them,It is called Law of submission irrespective of our height they stand as our head to rebuke us when we go astray.” Esther continued.

“Am so confused I don’t know how I got here, couple of years back I wasn’t like this what could possibly be the problem the veil has been taken off” Bernice asked in bewilderment.

“I will suggest you have a time with God like a retreat or personal reflection time” Esther suggested.

“I don’t even have enough strength to withstand God or boldly access him, How do I start?what would I say its been long I prayed to him like his daughter” Bernice lamented.

“Even the strangers still attract God by asking him for mercy whenever they need his help and our heavenly father does attend to them,God isn’t just compassionate his name is compassion he hears us when we call on him, Jeremiah 33:3 call unto me I will answer thee” Esther concluded

Bernice sat on the praying mountain asking God for mercy and visitation as she prayed she slept off during the prayers.

“Stop right there” an husky said from behind.

Bernice stopped turning 180° to look whose voice it was.
“Why would I stop, As you can see am on my way to the palace for the feast” She addressed the man on white garment which looked like an angel.

“You should stop because you aren’t entitled to enter and seat with the kings and queen in that palace you don’t belong there any longer” The angel responded.

“And who exactly are you to give such verdict” Bernice enquired.

“I have the authority to stop you, I am your guardian angel but I left you years back”

“Haaa! Please tell me the reason why am not being granted access to the palace and why you left me all alone” she queried.

“You want to know” Her guardian angel sighed deeply.

“Few years back when the Holy Father released the gift of music upon you he made you a sign for the gentiles to shew forth his glory, he gave you a staff and every entitlement of the palace as a princess afterwards he paved way for little opportunities to see how faithful you would be in little before your capacity is enlarged but you trashed the whole package of God with your insensitivity and covetousness you trusted men’s advice ahead of what the Holy one as written concerning you, A trumpet was blown instantly in heaven about your fall yet the holy one gave you time to see if you would repent or turn a new leaf but all to no avail. The Lord is full of mercy and graciousness he sent a minister to you but how did you treat him, You treated him like a trash can and concluded he was calling you to minister in his church for free. Truly, you erred against God but your personal assistant never stopped interceding for you she saw you as her personal assignment she arose as an intercessor for her prayers and God’s mercy the gift of God upon you had been given to her but you have a second chance.

“Haaa! Jesus save me, I have been replaced?” Bernice eyes pumped out tears as water.

“Yes but you have a second chance” The angel showed her a way that linked to where people like her was she saw Samson there yes the one in the bible and Vashti the dethroned queen.

“To regain your spiritual stamina you have a lot of work to do, be humble, serve others, retreat more, be teachable, be sensitive for the devil is still roaring in the compound of your seeking how he would completely devour you. Your case was about to be closed in heaven when an intercessor arose for you for the sake of her heartfelt prayers go and put yourself to order.” The angel concluded.

The dream ended soberly, She was back to the physical realm a lot of questions ran across her head.

“Mercy! Mercy!!Mercy like rain she soaked herself into it like her whole life was about to crumble she needed help just like that her ministry sank at the sea shore” Bernice knelt down to plead for mercy

“Swallow your pride you’ve been rejected come unto me I would burden you but you will be famous” A foul spirit whispered to her ears
She rejected the devil that was his voice the last time he spoke to me she said resiliently.

Few years later,
Bernice was given the privilege to minister to just hundreds of congregation which she did with all sense of service and humility. She understood that God with her was much more better than multitude of congregation that would make her loose her position in God’s kingdom.

God isn’t at loss of men he has plenty gifted men in his disposition he replaces and places men,He enthrones and dethrone, Staying relevance in God God and still abiding in him requires a constant spiritual check up Romans 12:1 presenting ourselves,heart, soul and bodies daily..

When God uses us as his vessel we should never feel too important,Elijah thought he was the only standing prophet in the land which never bowed to baal but God told him he had reservations,God reserves men.

Shayo stood in awe of the things that flooded her ears did she heard her rightly or was it her phone that was doing auto reset to her speech she was battered.

“No wonder I had this feign feeling about bringing her, Dear father what should I do next?”

“Call her personal assistant back and speak to her assistant instead” Those words flowed to her spirit.

“God, how will she feel and I don’t want to be a chaos between them”
“Call her”

“Hello ma”

“Yes ma”

“Please can you forward your number to me ma”

“Okay ma and sorry for the way my boss responded the other time”

“I guess she meant it”

“Yes she did but on her behalf sorry ma”

“No qualms ma”

“Hello ma, this is the personal assistant and my name is Esther you haven’t told me yours ma”

“I am Shayo Bamisile, I need your help the Lord led me to divert the invite to you ma”

“Haa! God this is too big for me let me pray I will feed you back ma by tomorrow night ma”

“Okay ma, Thanks for granting me audience ma”

“Bye for now ma”

Esther sat on her bed to pray about the request from Shayo and the wisdom needed that her boss won’t go angry when she hears about it.

After travailing in the place of prayer she had peace in her mind with the scriptural word”Go in this thy might” .

Flash back**

Bernice was in her part two in the tertiary institution when she had an encounter with God with the mandate to go ye into the world to preach through songs.

She started out with God as a very humble and purposeful young lady back then she only was a chorister in her fellowship that was all no platform for ministration aside if the choir coordinator selects her and yes her songs were always powerful.

At her final year she was appointed as the choir coordinator of the fellowship that was when the Lord breaths more on her and prepared her for the big time.

Her tenure was one of the most contending generation to the gate of hell in the fellowship, her humility was so keen and desirous.

After campus God saw a need to position her for the big time as she was still yielding.

Great men of God invited her for ministration in alignment to God’s instructions thus the beginning of her lifting. Within the space of four years she indeed prospered in the ministry not until she met a friend that gave her tricks to do God’s things..

“Bernice, The Lord is using you mightily but something is missing” Vivian said

“How do you mean”Bernice replied.

“Raise your standard and make your billing high”

“Standard? I don’t even bill they sow seed after my ministration”

“You see, why would you not bill have you forgotten that the bible says the gift of a man will make room for him”

Bernice became more serious like she was about to be interviewed.

“Sis, stop doing free ministration don’t the church collect our tithe and offering”

“Hmmm”

The devil is tactical he opened high doors for her to walk in as the most high daughter she began receiving higher ministration three months to the time she was already the talk of the angels and town about her music career not ministry any longer.

She composed songs did audios and videos outside God’s consent yes she was going global but outside God.

She cared less all that matters to her was Fame and money the devil kept serving her hot she became Famous but Obsolete.

“Hello ma” Shayo

“Good day” Esther responded

“Hope you are well?

“Very much ma, On the invite there is no problem ma may the Lord be glorified send the details to me and please keep praying for me also its my first time ministering to such a large audience”

“No problem God is faithful to the humble”

“Alright ma”

The concert was just in one week time Shayo sat on her table praying so well in tongues when the Lord took her in a vision.

“The Lord told her to expand the space,Men shall come in mass”

She understood God wanted them to plan a bigger space instantly she made plans and indeed God was speaking.

On the day of the concert in about three hours before the concert about Five hundred men were already seated as Shayo and her crew saw this they became agitated on how the whole place will be when its exactly 10pm.

They needed more chairs she placed a call through and about five hundred chairs were added to the one thousand five hundred chairs with about five canopy.

At exactly 8pm the whole spaces were filled up.

“Jesus! When you mean expand I was seeing it from my human instinct but now your expansion is in multiple of millions, You blow my mind God”

Shayo said in her heart on seeing the seated people.

By 10pm the whole place was so congested over Five thousand people occupied the terrain the concert began yes it was God’s vision his presence was hovering around from the beginning.

Minstrel Esther on seeing the bigger audience was afraid but she heard the word again “Go in this thy might”

She was called upon as she echoed Halelluyah some people just began to fall under the anointing.For the One hour thirty minutes time she was given not even a song was sung but raw manifestation of God was so powerful even the ushers were too small compared to the audience God was dealing with the atmosphere was thick even the moderator of the programme was on the floor gesticulating in tongues everywhere was on fire.

Esther herself couldn’t control what was happening all she did was tear so hard. She was the last guest minister, Shayo was to wrap it up as the convener but the Holy Spirit had taken over by the time the atmosphere came back to normal it was past seven the concert order time was till six now it was seven.

Everyone was excited at the answers they all got to their demanding questions, Esther was helped in by the ushers.

The concert came to an end.
