A piece of your cake I said It’s not for a take You said I’ll take what I’ll take I said
I thought your no was a joke I’m not high on coke I know The consequences I foreknow Now I’m the joke I know
Couldn’t be the movie Or your tittie Made me dip in the pickle Twas for my lust to tickle
All for what? My life, all but naught Here in this cage will rot Searched from South to North Can’t find my all that I’ve lost For I couldn’t tame my lust

“Oak ville!Oak ville!! The bus conductor repeated it was obvious the bus was at a park Many people struggled into the buses to their various destination.
I also struggled with my big echolacc bag I was on my way to school.
“pay your fare” The conductor announced.
“How much is it? ” An older woman questioned.
“Two thousand naira only, chicken change” The conductor teased.
“Go steal am for market; Or you better no collect fare from us since it’s chicken change” another young man replied.
Everyone in the bus chuckled except myself…
The bus driver ignited the bus the journey began to Oakville.
We had traveled for about two hours when the driver halted.
“Plantain chips” A young boy advertised
“Table water”
“Handkerchief”
“Puff-puff” Another girl announced.
The whole place was in total noise every seller tried to get the attention of his or her potential customers.
I whispered to the young girl selling Gala
“#100” The girl replied with smiles
“What’s your name young girl” I queried wondering why such a young girl was under the intense sun.
“Oluwadabira(God does wonders)” She replied.
“Beautiful name you bear”
“Thanks ma”
“Give me five gala” I announced
Dabira hurriedly placed her carton down to sell her goods.
The driver ignited the bus to inform passengers to conclude their buying and selling enterprise.
The Journey continued almost all passengers in the bus slept off after digesting diverse food they got from toll gate you can also expect some silencers.
A bad smell oozed out of the bus, It was so offensive. I needed air.
I peeked through the window and all I saw was God yea! The trees, the birds chirping, the road, God’s supremacy!.
I was lost in deep thought until the law enforcers beckon on our driver to stop the bus for an unknown reason.
“Where are your document?”. The policeman queried.
” Oga, the rat for my house don finish( The rat in my house had consumed the document)”.The bus driver replied.
The police officers laughed so deeply at the bus driver’s response. The bus driver also joined in the chuckles.
“Mr.man will you come down now, all passengers alight now” The police men slammed in anger with a note of command.
We all alighted from the bus like a bunch instantly.
Everyone in the bus casted awful glances at the driver I guess his head entered reset, The driver moved closer to the Policeman to plead also offering them a token.
The journey continued this time another bang busted we were stuck in traffic for about forty-five minutes. Our driver pulled out through reverse to ply another route.
“Driver, Let’s turn right” The front passenger stimulated.
The driver paid no cognizantnce to the young lady.He was so sure turning the right will only make the journey a bit longer, he was used to that location.
“Driver turn left” The passenger added.
“What is your problem? Are you the driver? Please let him concentrate and stop this distraction” An elderly man silenced her.
“Yea!That’s how so many of us treat God” My name is Pamilerin the narrator.
Fiction Freeze*
God is our driver daily his intention is that we keep silent till he drives us to our destination.
It’s so obvious that as humans we believe we understand the path and route better than the one driving us.
No wonder our life journey is filled with potholes and crooked patterns.
When we fail to sail through with God then we have planned to sail through hell.
The Journey with God may look lengthy and uneventful but in it lies safety.
Stop mouthsteering or controlling the car with your mouth leave it to the one who can handle it appropriately.
Keep calm when God is at the steering, It’s not my business which way he chooses to take me through.
“Dad, can you get me a packet of chocolate?” Tomade queried his father.
“A pack of chocolate again after the big popcorn bowl, boy you need to be calming down” The father tickled his son grin to grin.
“Oh! Dad, I know you will get it for me. Please dad” The boy insisted.
Tomade’s mum stood staring at the drama displayed before her by Tomade and his dad.
“This boy is so spoilt! Dear, you are the cause of all these in my own generation there was never a time I stood before my father and spill wallop, who does that?”
“Arghhhhh! mum I detest this so much when you make me feel like am disrespecting dad by asking things from him, Mtcheew” Tomade responded picking his nails.
“If I slap you eeehn, your head will enter reset mode you can imagine him looking straight boldface to tell me Yanyan, Do I blame you? Your dad is also enjoying the fatherhood nonsense”she responded.
” Oh! So you are desirous of my pinkie pinkie baby.” He replied his wife
“Jealous of what? Nonesense acting all up”
“Son, Don’t worry I will get you your heart desires you will get three packs of Chocolate” his father concluded.
You sure know that looks when you are defeated as a woman, Tomade’s mum walked away abruptly out of the scene. The young boy was seen flaunting his dad to the world with deep hugs.
“Dad, you are the best and my super hero!” Tomade swam into his dad’s arm.
“Tomade get your bags ready, I got a call from your dad that he will be picking you up from school quite earlier” Miss Roys his class teacher announced.
You need to see how the young boy jumped off the chair he ran to the shelf to get his bag ready.
Oh! Pardon my manners I forgot to give you scripted details about Tomade.
Tomade an eight year old kid, the only son of the family of Mr&Mrs. Paul, A grade three pupil. A big brain with so much believe in his father.
Tomade waited patiently for his father’s arrival excitedly! The head teacher came to order the young boy.
Tomade walked out majestically with one hundred shoulder pads up.
Daniel one of his classmate eyed him with a cornered eyes.
Daniel was one of the enemies Tomade never knew of, This boy is calm and quite easy but he couldn’t grasp why Tomade’s father always pick up his son early from school on rare occasion. He hated the fact that his both parents were acclaimed busy to pick him up.
Next day at school
Daniel stood by the way to obstruct Tomade from passing.
“Who do you think you are?” Daniel confronted.
“I am Tomade your friend and classmate” The innocent boy responded.
“Oh! So what makes you different from myself and the class” Daniel questioned
“I will tell my daddy” Tomade let out with courage.
“Oh! the daddy’s boy” Daniel managed to say as he walked out on him.
Daniel wasn’t a bad boy he was just a young boy that needed parental love and care.
“Oh! You want me to tell my daddy to buy you a pack of chocolate. My dad promised to buy me a barrack” Tomade added adding salt to the injurious case.
“You mean your dad can buy you a barrack? who is your father?” Their teacher interrogated from behind with chuckle?…..
Funny right the kind of faith little kids have in their father is one of a kind! Imagine Tomade saying it with courage that his father would buy him a barrack. That same courage, faith, enthusiasm is what God is on the look out for in every of his children. He wants us to trust and believe in him, as he takes us around the tour.
Are you trusting God for something big, small or even little? Why don’t you call it forth as Tomade did, call that baby forth, call that miracle job forth, call that surprise forth.
We can boast of God’s ability because we have seen him do wonders same thing is applicable to Tomade he believed his father can get him a barrack because his father gifted him a chocolate pack.
So great faith! Activate yours today in God and be limitless in your request and answers.
A very good way to begin the month of August, God is willing to hear place your orders. Enter it……..
